SOIL Fellowship
(Soil Observation Insight Leadership & Launch)
a 2 year fellowship grounded in production agriculture at Brix Bounty Farm
Position will start spring 2023 and run through 2024 with an optional third season.
Vision: We want to empower the next generation of vegetable farmers to dive deeper into the role soil plays in growing healthy crops and nutrient dense vegetables.
This 2 year intensive program will be focused on practical field work while also incorporating a core project which will be developed in cooperation with the farm.
Areas of potential focus could include:
- Biodynamics
- Compost Tea Production and Application
- Foliar Nutrition
- Korean Natural Farming
- Natural Inoculant Propagation
- Vermicompost

Applications accepted throughout the fall with the Fellowship starting Spring 2023.
